A new site is born!

Well in surfing the web, as we are all prone to do, I came upon a site called milliondollarhomepage.com. I was very impressed and admired the creativity of this young man as he found a novel way to make money to help him pay his way through school.
Expanding a little on his concept I got to thinking about a way to turn it into a central location that people could come to when it was time to buy or sell a home. And I decided to call it milliondollarhomez.com. Catchy title right? Hope you think so, and I hope that others will too. Especially people that actually wish to advertise with me. And no, the home doesn't have to be a million dollars in value. It can be any home available for sale. Makes more sense right?
To further expand the idea I thought I'd break the United States into 5 regions, NorthEast, SouthEast, Central, NorthWest, and SouthWest, and to also add grids for those who are in the market for commercial properties of any kind, with the same geographical locations. You know, warehouses, factories, retail stores, apartment buildings, anything of a commercial nature. Doing it this way, should make it easier for people to narrow their search to a specific region, rather than searching the entire site. And if this idea takes off, I have plans to further refine the grids, say to state or major city levels.
To add some further spice to the web site, and a further incentive for eyeballs to arrive, I'll make it easy for people that have no web presence at all to also have their home listed on the web. They can email me at placemyad with information relating to that property along with some pictures and within 48 hours, I will post a web page with that information included, that will be linked to the image they've selected for placement into the grid. So there you have it. I hope this idea works and takes off, and makes it a little easier for you to buy or sell your home.
