Not at all. There are no price restrictions here. I merely chose the name
milliondollarhomez, because it's an attention getter. It worked with you
since you are here, right?
As long as you own your home you can
use our site. $50,000 to $50,000,000, it's all the same. Let's get your property sold!
4.Why are there so
many grids?
We've split the nation into a series of grids. Most grids hold the homes for 2 or 3 states. So to see homes being sold in your state just click the image map at the entry page or the text links just below it.
5.How much do I have to
pay?
This amount would be paid at the outset, a
one time only charge, which makes this a very small price to pay when
you remember that your ad will run for 1 year!
Who knows how many eyeballs you can reach in that time?

20px X 20px pixel block  = $100 USD
40px X 40px pixel block  = $400 USD
8.I sold my property,
or I pulled it from the market. What now?
Normally, images and links, once accepted and published, are up for the duration.
However, if the link you uploaded was to a single property that has been
sold or pulled from the market, then the owner of those pixels has the
option to upload a link to another single property.
There will be a charge for this service, as it
will be considered to be a new ad purchase, but it will be discounted 50%
from the original purchase price. So, if you purchased a 20px X 20px block
for $100, and the property that it links to is no longer available, then
for the sum of $50 you can upload a different link to a different property
you wish to sell. Just email us the information at changemyad@milliondollarhomez.com
and we'll put the changes in within 48hours.
If, however, the owner wishes to pull his ad and
does not have another property to list or doesn't wish to list his property
anymore, then the ad and link will be pulled, and the purchased pixels will
become available for purchase again. But no refunds will be given.
9.I don't have a web site.
How do I advertise my home?
No problem there. Just click the Place Ad link, and scroll down the page until you find your state. Click that button, then choose where on the grid you'd like your ad to be. Pick one of the sample pixel images, or upload one of your own, and when you are
asked to input a link use http://www.milliondollarhomez.com . Then send an
email to placemyad@milliondollarhomez.com with a picture and description
of your home, and we will create a single page for you where this information
can be displayed when someone clicks on your pixel block. (click here to see
what the page would look like.)
The information and pictures will be displayed on a single web page only.
Pictures delivered for posting should be less than 400k each. If not, they
will be optimized for web viewing.
We'll allow up to 8 pictures per listing. Once a page is posted, (uploaded),
there will be no alterations or modifications performed on said page unless
there are major changes to the listing that need to be made, in which case
there will be an additional, minor fee charged.
(We reserve the right to make changes to these features if it is deemed
appropriate, and the costs or labor involved in maintaining these pages becomes
too great.)
10.I'm not ready to sell,
so why should I be interested?
Good question. But here's an equally good answer. You might not be ready
to sell NOW, but what about a few months from now? If you wait that long there might not be too many pixel blocks available, or 'horrors', we might be sold out. So if you upload your home's info and pictures now, and place a much higher price than the home is worth, (since you really don't want to sell now, but you would at that price right?
 ),
then for a measly $25, that offer will remain on our site for
1 year. Try getting a deal like that from your neighborhood classifieds!
And don't forget that if someone does want to
pay that ridiculous amount you're asking for, you can upload the info and
pictures relating to your next, larger mansion, again asking for much more
than it's worth since you've got a lot of time to play with and for half
price too! (see
q8 for more info).
11.Can I list or look
for commercial properties too?
The site is for both residential and commercial properties.
12.How long will the site
be active?
The web site is guaranteed to be up and active for a MINIMUM of 5 YEARS,
(at least until Feb 2012), but our aim is to stay up for as long as the site
is viable, which could be forever in internet years. Think of all those eyeballs
viewing your ads!
13.What happens with
my personal information?
Our privacy policy is to never divulge any personal information we might have
gathered about the advertiser, unless we are ordered to do so by court order.
All information we gather is for internal use only and to help us better
serve you, our advertiser. Email addresses and other personal information we might have collected during the normal course of operations will never be shared, sold or traded, with any individual or organization. So, no, registering and advertising with us will not lead to a flood of spam emails into your inbox!
